msanthrope rated 3 months ago- my god YES

Thez0464 rated 3 months ago- Bullshit on his claim of JK infringing on Enders Game. the vague plot points he compares, just a broad description of a heroes journey. it doesnt belong to him any more than it does her. I dont really give a shit about JK and this lexicon thing. I mean, its silly, but endlessly cataloging the minutae of a nonexistant world? waste of time. leave it to JK. As far as this "Larry potter" thing...he may have a point.

shadowpool rated 3 months ago- She's another Bill Gates, isn't she?

Cordelia rated 3 months ago- Couldn't agree more!! Amen Brother Orson!

Eagle0600 rated 3 months ago- I don't like her books, either. Hearing this... she will never get money from me.

interrobang rated 3 months ago- Already thumbed this up somewhere else, but hell, I dislike J K Rowling so much I'll do it again.

unqu3nch4bl3fir3 rated 3 months ago- Isn't she a billionaire? What does she have to gain? I'd never even heard of this little anthology until now, so if anything, she helped the author.

arleas rated 3 months ago- Orson Scott Card is one of my favorite authors, and Ender's Game is one of my favorite book series. After he pointed it out, there WERE an awful lot of similarities between Ender and Harry Potter.
I've never been a fan of the series, but I'm even less likely now to want to read it than I was before.
Also, Warner's involvement should come as no surprise. After all, they were the same guys who ripped off the author of "Terminator" and "The Matrix". They're pretty much experts at ripping off the little guy by now, unless you have the money to defend yourself in court, in which case they'll probably just try to buy you out...- Orson Scott Card is one of my favorite authors, and Ender's Game is one of my favorite book series.
