- It is interesting to contemplate changing your mind to bring yourself happiness or peace. In spite of my lack of religious belief, I do respect the Dalai Lama.

- Home page of Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama. A wise, compassionate and charming man, he also has a flair for analytical thinking and was awarded a geshe lharampa - the equivalent of a Ph.D., in Buddhist Studies - at the age of sixteen, after just twelve years of debate- and meditation-intensive training (it typically takes twenty to thirty years). I just love him to bits. Website's great too, with lots in the archives.
