CharlesHB rated 35 months ago- Flying is still the safest Way to travel?

Andreas68 rated 36 months ago- Somewhat spectacular. Maybe needs updating with a photo of the recent Air France crash in Toronto.

Wenlock rated 36 months ago- I have seen these shots before but they still kill me.

hoekb03 rated 36 months ago- Try www.airliners.net to see more of this stuff. Just search for TNCM in the airport field and you'll see thousands of them.

Herald rated 36 months ago- Despite the cynicism of some reviewers of this page, there's no photoshopping involved here. The Princess Juliana low approach picture is not retouched - it is a low approach but not an unusual one at this airport, as any number of pictures at sites such as airliners.net will show. It's also quite safe: there would be no 'jetwash' as the engines are throttled right back at this stage of a landing. The people on the beach will certainly feel the wind in a minute when the turbulence catches up with them, but there are warning signs and they shouldn't be sitting there anyway.

MarshalPhilip rated 36 months ago- Anyone who has had a basic avaition course has seen these pictures. Sure they're impressive but they are overused.

mishco rated 36 months ago- If you're an avionics buff, you are gonna love the shots. The crossed up 747 landings kill me!

Missthang rated 37 months ago- Wow...that is about all that I can say.
