- "X-Entertainments Download Center - Watch Hundreds of 80s Commercials, FREE!" What, free? Given that advertisers paid huge amounts for us to see these first time round, I'm not that grateful for this opportunity to wallow in the detritus of hard-sells past. When private, nostalgia is a fairly negative impulse; when you make an industry out of it, it becomes something stifling and wretchedly retarding to culture as a whole. I hope the shitness of some of this stuff jerks some people out of their miserable reverie, but apparently not. Fact: most people were unhappy when they were young. Revisiting this kind of crap won't change a thing.

- Everyone's nostalgic for the 80's. I'm nostalgic for the 70's! I guess I'm just an old fogie. This is a cool bunch of commericials though. I just wish they had older ones....
