- Wow, this is a great real-estate research tool. Although, the prices seem to be a bit on the high side.

- still in beta obviously.. but this one has the realtors worried ;) they are warning each other about it, saying it's accurate within 10% at least 62% of the time. I like the design of the site and the ease of use for the average user.

Interesting. I'm certain my house is worth a lot more, based on the housing comps I collect all the time from my neighborhood. Bay Area housing prices are freakin' insane, and these showed up on the low side.

- Part of me likes Zillow (our home has +7% per year, avg.), but part of me is really creeped out by the satellite photos... they're very cool if I want to peek in our neighbors' back yard, CREEPY if they want to check out our back yard!
