Not just a repository of information about avant-garde artists and their work, this website delivers the actual goods. Incredibly rare audio and video works and interviews that are nearly impossible to find anywhere else, online or otherwise. Dazzling.

so very much to hear. i have been searching for a copy of the nova conspiracies forever and here it is in all it's mp3 glory. ah anne waldman and bill, and tim, and frank reading 'the talking asshole' it is joyous indeed.

Sweet, merciful crap, this is cool. The FAQ says it 'started as a repository for visual, concrete and, later, sound poetry. Over the years, UbuWeb has embraced all forms of the avant-garde and beyond.' That's a pretty accurate description. Very interesting music, film, poetry, essays, etc.
