ladyrepublica rated 8 months ago- Enjoy the foods on the left in moderation. Eat more of the foods on the right.

1Gypsyrose rated 8 months ago- meh. nothing new here

Wanderous1 rated 8 months ago- Through it has good intentions, and may be a wake-up call to some, this site is just one more example of the calorie-counting, fat-stigmatizing school of thought so prevalent these days. GOOD fat, like the kind found in raw milk or cheese from grass-fed, naturally reared cattle, is infinitely better than the denuded crap you'll find in your typical gallon of fat-free, pasteurized milkwater. And as for soy, that shit is terrible for you, the marketing of it as a health product is pure deception: http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/index.html

Think of it as a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in a cup. Few people have room in their diets for the 450 calories and 13 grams of bad fat that this hefty beverage supplies. But you can lose all the bad fat and all but 170 calories if you order a tall (12 oz.) with nonfat milk and no whipped cream. No, say it isn't so! I've been ordering these for several years. No wonder I gained weight!
