- knew all of these

Lambdoid rated 3 months ago- I didn't know any of these. Bookmarked.

pawes rated 3 months ago- The most useful thing I've stumbled today. These are some great tips

camajsterek rated 3 months ago- I didn't know enough of these to make this a useful page. Yeah, some are very well known and some could be expanded on (like how much the scroll button can do on the mouse) but it's still a good list. And chops67 moaning about it being the windows version and therefore useless for macs, tough luck. Don't get an awkward computer next time.

SubIgnition rated 3 months ago- 1: Automatically complete .org and .net addresses Faster to just type .org or .net than to reach around for a key combo. 2: Alt + D CTRL-L does the same thing, and more conveniently, CTRL-K goes straight to the search bar. I prefer these. 3: Ctrl+T and Ctrl+Shift+T Ctrl+T helps you to open a new tab and Ctrl+Shift+T reopens the last closed tab. Wasn't aware of CTRL-SHIFT-T, that will be useful.. 4: Alt+Enter This can be an extremely useful shortcut. It automatically opens a website in another tab when you highlight it in the autocomplete list. Interesting. Can't open a new tab there with the middle button like I can everywhere else. Handy info. 5: Use of Delete Key The Delete key can be pretty useful because it helps you delete specific addresses in browser history or autocomplete forms. I knew this, but my browser doesn't save these anyway, so it's moot for me. Handy, though. 6: Ctrl+Tab Ctrl+tab helps you to navigate between different firefox tabs quite easily. Knew it. Most other browsers and OSes have equivalents. 7: Ctrl+[1,2,...9] Goes to a specific tab. If I ever open eight at once I'll remember that. 8: Spacebar and Shift+Spacebar OR PageDown and PageUp I have a hard time justifying this one as incredible, because the scroll wheel (and clicking it) are far faster. Knowing what HOME and END do would be better. (top/bottom of page) 9: The Middle Mouse Button My personal favorite button.

rockystorm rated 3 months ago- this is hella useful

F3nr1L rated 3 months ago- Incredibly useful shortcuts, they are. I knew several as it is, but the one to open past webpages is incredibly useful.

esoos rated 3 months ago- Nice list, mostly basic stuff but committing this to memory will speed up your surfing, for sure.
