be kind whenever possible! so grand an idea! But are we really capable of such noble behaviour?I wonder... The wisdom of the heart From the 14 th Dalai Lama. 1. Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible. 2. Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values. 3. Sleep is the best meditation. 4. Spend some time alone every day. 5. We can never obtaain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves. 6. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck. 7. We can live without religion and meditation, but cannot survive without human, 8.affection. 9. Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. 10. If you can, help others. If you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual's own reason and critical analysis.

I'm certainly not arguing that there is a lot of good advice here, however it is not from the Dalai Lama. Here is another great piece of advice: USE SNOPES. Yeah, I know I'm yelling. I mean, I know you read it on the Internet. That is possibly a step above reading it on the sidewalk.Anyway, here is the Snopes link about where this advice is really from.Again, I'm not at all saying it is bad advice, it is great advice. Just don't be so gullible.
