A free software to remotely help or be helped by someone you trust with permission. It can be used by friends and family and for commercial use to support customers or internal employees for IT issues. It needs no technical expertise and is VERY easy to use.

Crossloop is a free screen sharing software; it's probably similar to VNC, but it does not require any change in the firewall/router settings. All data sent between computers is encrypted with 128 bit blowfish. It looks interesting and i'm going to try it.

Free 'go-to-my-pc' type program. Says it works through firewalls. I could possibly use it instead of VNC (which does require firewall config)
