this is something we should have in the millenium park in Chicago. Tons of buildings can be utilized for this since there is an unabstracted view from aanyware in the park.

i saw this arcade on building live, it was three or four years ago during the Paris White Nights. Just amazing.

Wow, very cool. Unless my childhood memories have been scrambled by all the drugs, I swear I remember somebody at a drive-in theater playing Asteroids (arcade version) using a laser light show device and the big screen instead of a little vector monitor.
