- When I was but a mere child of seven years old my family took a vacation to Europe. One of our destinations along the way was London. We stayed there for a few days and on one occassion while visiting a town called Cricklade, had the pleasure of taking breakfast in a quaint little café along the Thames which I understand is no longer there. For dessert we had the house specialty of wheat biscuits with the most delicious sweet topping I had ever tasted. I remember saying, "Mother, what is the name of this taste treat we're partaking in?" and I'll never forget her words..."Wild Amber Honey". I have searched the world over for this delicacy since then to no avail so imagine my surprise when one day a stumbler by the same name happened upon my SU page! I also had the good fortune of receiving a very nice review from wildamberhoney and the review was as sweet as her namesake dessert topping (but not nearly as sticky, obviously). After a perusal of her SU page I found that she has a collection of very fine links. Lots of fun to be had there, that's for sure. So if you hunger for interesting new websites to check out, look no further than wildamberhoney for a fresh supply. I guarantee that your hunger will be sated. Maybe not in the way mine was that fateful day in the little café in Cricklade, but then if you're actually attempting to ingest these links you're doing it entirely wrong in the first place. Enjoy!
