This site totally sucks. Most of the things are here are common sense. A large number of the items have been twisted and were never myths like the cutting a tomatoes with a certain blade. Then there are certain things that aren't myths. For example the gas vs electric stove. Yes electric has gotten better but food will always come out better with gas. Then the microwave is totally wrong. Sure you can cook some meals in one, but lets get real they suck for a real meal. They distort the taste of food, I mean it is like eating string beans from a can vs. fresh from the garden.

This one is the worst: Avoid aluminum cookware because of Alzheimer's disease. Maybe you won't get Alzheimer depending on your body chemistry but your chances shoot up as you're eating this metal in your food. Every time you scrap the pan with forks or a metal spatula it puts metal in your food. Not to mention the vapors released by the metal from high heat. Gets better on electric stoves as they can heat much higher than gas. Even worse is non-stick pans.
