twjordan rated 30 months ago- I agree that it has been better in the past, but Salon still provids a much needed viewpoint. Past articles on Clear Channel and coverage of Washington Politics are still excellent.

- Used to be good...now there's hardly any original reporting, just a bunch of off-the cuff opinion. Hardly worth subcribing or even watching the introductory adds.

- Good grief, the ads are horrible, and it's a subscription site. I don't have anything against Salon.com, but I really don't think many web surfers want to run into these dead-end pages and outright intrusive ads. They even placed more banner ads on the website itself after you waded through those customized, must-view sponsor ads.
