- I'm gonna go ahead and cut against the grain here on this one and point out this little piece's affirmative nature. How are we ever going to change things if we keep telling ourselves everything is perfect? These are frankly the kind of sentiments that keep the status quo firmly planted in place, and that's not something I can dig.

- Great! Have to have the corny music to go with it, the pace slows and soothes the mind. Worked for me... but then I'm a yoga teacher. ENJOY!

- Nice sentiments but very slow and often repetitive. Some things we could all afford to be reminded of. It would be excellent if life were that easy, if everyone could just 'let go' of worries and live for the moment. An impossibility for many of us whose problems are here and now and will effect the future. A lovely ideal but an unrealistic reality.
