Yet another story of ego swollen policemen using a taser on anyone they can find.I'm beginning to think that perhaps getting the "macho tough" uniform and gun must not be enough anymore to make up for having a small penis.

Whether that "cop" cared about other people are not, tasering should be put under control, not just the people. Do they think that taser is gonna wake people up & save their lives?

I think there should be a government agency to oversee our police force at a national level. This agency would have the power to obtain complaints against police stations, individual police officers and investigate misuse of authority and weapons. Also I think that if police officers do these sort of things that they should be held to a higher standard (Get harsher punishments for their crimes) than a regular citizen. But that would be logical so don't count on our government to do that anytime soon.
