A great apologetic site. But when it all comes down to it...I personally have to admit that any of these arguments can be countered...and so on & so on. So, as a Christian...I'll rest on : 1 Cr 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, he taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

Hilarious! Check out the end of the teleological argument in which he accidentally argues against the existence of god.

Lengthy articles attempting to defend Christianity. Much like other apologists such as C.S. Lewis, most of what I have read falls apart about half way through. Sweeping use of one problem area to cover another. Many arguments state a premise, and then conclude with a statement which is completely contradictory. Example: Apparently, according to Hitchens, the vastness of the universe is actually evidence against design! Much to my surprise, I have actually heard this bizarre objection from other sources, but it is so filled with holes that I can hardly imagine a reflective thinker endorsing it. Here are several problems with this line of thinking: 1. The vastness of the universe is actually necessary for life to exist anywhere in the first place. (really? God has to have this much stuff to make life?) The evolution of solar systems, stars, and planets necessitate a large universe. (really? I thought God made the universe, size shouldn't matter, it's God remember?) So the large size of the universe is not evidence against design. (really? Both God and Evolution need the same amount of material to make life?)

A good site for those who think you can't be a thinking person and a true believer at the same time.
