What a great way to illustrate the various types of coffee drinks! It would have saved me from embarrassment several years ago when I asked for a latte without espresso!

Hey-y-y-y, now there's a nice diagram of true espresso drinks. This is what I need on the counter of my coffee shop, since this is what we serve. Notice that the machiatto is a small cup, mostly empty with espresso and a small amount of milk foam? Or rather, notice that it is not a large flavored drink topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel? Right-O. I like the inclusion of the Espresso Con Panna. A classic espresso drink even more overlooked than a true machiatto. But what the hell is a flat white? I'd guess at it being a latte without foam, but where on earth do they call it a "flat white"? 11 years as a barista, never heard of a flat white, go figger.
