- Buckminster Fuller my ass...that was the whole concept behind geodesic domes was the create a system that would provide AFFORDABLE living for everyone. Its QUITE the concept, don't get me wrong...but ol' Buck would be rolling in his grave referencing his lifelong efforts to try and solve the homeless issue, passed off by another's efforts to make a buck...Buck?...Buck..minster? Whatever...

- A really cool idea. Modular spaces have been been intriguing designers for decades (Bauhaus has been mentioned), with some very mixed results (bonjour Corbusier). This modular, mobile concept is also being developed for workspaces (commercial interior designers are trying to get away from the dreaded cubicle). I've seen a company who have introduced modular designs that can be re-organised to create completely new work-spaces depending on the work that's being done...Office Design.
