I've been a fan of Invent's site for a while but I've only just got around to giving his site a review. Sorry Kev! His blog reminds me very much of Hhj's blog. So I give my apologies beforehand if the review sounds very similar! Invent's blog is much more than your average normal online blog. The best way I can describe it is by saying that his site is a combination of a virtual art gallery, mixed in with a brochure you'd find in a fine-art auction house, while being peppered with poetry and prose. Kev's blog differs to Hhj's in that his choices of artworks are more varied and diverse including much more illustation/computer graphic artworks and sculpture/installation artworks. While most of the wonderful artwork and photography he chooses is either abstract or contemporary by its nature, all of the work is aesthetically pleasing to the eye!
