elle-ba rated 25 months ago- A website of unusual hotels for the more adventurous traveller interested in staying somewhere truly different. Featuring hotels underground, inside an igloo, up a tree and underwater.

schabe rated 25 months ago- I definitly will try out some of these hotels when I'm cruising around next time!

luren rated 25 months ago- That is unusual.

wcshields rated 25 months ago- If you like the idea of something unique, try searching this site for your next vacation destination. Although I'd draw the line personally with "wacky," but that is one of your search options, so suit yourself.

1Parearau rated 25 months ago- WOW is right! I dream of a day to visit one of the underwater, jungle, cave, or treehouse hotels!

alliantha rated 25 months ago- off the beaten track, but luxurious, and SO different...fun to read about and DREAM of visiting some...

AldousHuxleysCat rated 25 months ago- Unusual Hotels of the World is the online guide for travellers interested in staying somewhere truly different. Starting out as a discussion between friends in a pub, featured hotels are underground, inside an igloo, up a tree or even underwater... and all unusual...

Nyssa rated 25 months ago- These look wonderful! I'd love to visit the castle in Australia. I snagged this stumble off of PtahGib's homepage! Thanks!

OswaldGlinkmeyer rated 25 months ago- Neat idea, but I found the interactive Flash map unusuable. After you drill down to a country, you hold your mouse over a country to get the count of various different categories, but there's no way that I found to actually see those hotels or which hotels are in what category. You're better off using the menu system than the Flash map.

bluezfire rated 25 months ago- I spent a good hour at this site and was simply amazed. The next time I travel I will be looking for a hotel that is a little more "unconventional", thanks to this site. Wouldn't you prefer sleeping in a giant Beagle over a Holiday Inn? Personally, I would love to spend my nights in a treehouse a> somewhere.
