sitasaysgo rated 2 months ago- this article is so true... "Fuck that. When I see some self important asshole verbally degrading a teenaged kid with dead eyes behind a counter, it ruins my day. So, I say some shit. Besides, I feel that if I stay silent, I am almost giving an abuser permission to act like a raging asshole. Ignoring their behavior suggests to them on some sick level that what theyâ€re doing is Ok."

DevilBunny rated 2 months ago- I wish there were more people out there like the author of this piece.

pirsquared rated 2 months ago- A depressingly necessary commentary. While it certainly doesn't accurately portray the behaviour of every customer on the planet, personal responsibility and general respect have become endangered species.

2004carlt rated 2 months ago- Entertaining and funny blog on the bad manners of some customers in the US. I have come across some rude, unfriendly staff in the UK, so it does go both ways. Saying that, I do think managers should stand up for their staff, even if it means loosing trade. In the long run more people will prefer to frequent a place that respects its staff and customers by throwing out the arsholes.

danaboy rated 2 months ago- In my experience the typical customer is very courteous. Still, this blogger is my hero. :)

frankie85 rated 2 months ago- Awesome! The closest i've ever been ballsy enough to get to this point was telling my friend that the guy in line in front of me was an asshole. he looked back when i said that so i know he heard me - but still i wish i had said it to his face. i couldn't stop thinking of it for the next 2 hours cuz it pissed me off so much. i've also listened to plenty of waiters/waitresses complain about other tables and how rude they are. i try to help by making a comment about the tables and giving them the chance to vent if they need to. My only problem with the article is the respect issue. i've never heard of earning the respect of a teenager with black nail polish, but i have heard it from plenty of parents / business owners.

Queensowntalia rated 2 months ago- A rant against the idiotic "customer is always right" mentality. This is so true.
