Trilobis 65 is a semi-submerged floating home. It's ideal for living in bays, atolls and maritime parks. Its special feature is a totally submerged underwater observation bulb, located at 3 meters below sea level.
This is an interesting project but there have been no updates since 2002... so I wonder if this is ever going to happen.
