Uboros rated 20 months ago- I hate how people spell things wrong on purpose. Stop it! Try saying "pictr" without it sounding weird, I bet you can't do it. So, the name is "pictr", like flickr, but with "my", probably as in MySpace, before it.. Anyway, even if you just have ms paint you can crop things just fine. Not to mention basically every digital camera comes with photo editing software, and if you scanned the photo in, you can probably edit your selection there, too. Either that or download photoshop like everyone else and do things that way.

- A very simple web app that helps you create avatars is Mypictr. Also try: XnView, Irfanview, Faststone Image Viewer, Google Picassa. The Gimp is pretty good as well..BTW Mypictr is decent enough.
