gopherguts1218 rated 5 months ago- All right.

Ror87 rated 5 months ago- I've never been to America or spoken to one before, but I'm having a hard time believing translations are needed for some of these phrases. Seems a bit patronising. But what do I know? I dare say it's proven useful to some, and me, actually - wasn't aware of biggie being poo :/

BLSMafia2008 rated 5 months ago- This is great!! only hope that it is current though, lol

Prayers-for-rain rated 5 months ago- You're American and you want to learn to speak proper English, er British, go there ;)

deehuff rated 5 months ago- Very amusing.

magicam87 rated 5 months ago- I like this, it is amusing.. but.. "The American Guide to Speaking BRITISH".. no, the language is English! And as a "British" English speaker I find it hard to believe Americans need a translation of phrases such as "as well"?!? Entertaining site, anyhoo..

Maddog2840 rated 5 months ago- What?

rainbowcake rated 5 months ago- "Biggie - This is unusual. A biggie is what a child calls his poo! Hence the reason Wendy's Hamburgers has never really taken off in England - who would buy "biggie fries"? Yuck - I'm sure you wouldn't buy poo fries! The other meaning of Biggie is erection. It just gets worse!"

- The vast majority of these words are in use in most parts of the United States. Perhaps the issue is that he was living in Texas? Or that a lot of people don't look at the context of a word when they encounter one that is not known to them? Fucking christ...
