    The situation is ridiculous. Good on him for switching to Linux. Hopefully others will learn from this sort of thing, and go for what suits their needs, rather than do what big business tells them to do.

    I love microsoft software. It gives me a real competative advantage over those who use it. I'm waiting to see how Microsoft reacts to Firefox, will they build a better mouse trap or will they rework their operating system to force you to use IE.

    Ernie Ball, a guitar string company, gets along just fine without Microsoft products.
