Arfur's blog is another one that focuses on imagery, with very little verbiage. Very good gallery. Where was this picture taken? It has a wonderfully decrepit feel. Although Route 66 is a tattoo parlor, the sign has nothing of the color or feel of a highway in the American southwest, and for whatever reason the stairs up are closed. A Google search on the only identifier in the photo ("Ankenes" on the building) produces information that Ankenes is the name of a peninsula in Norway. So I'm going to go out on a limb and guess Oslo.
