- "Go slowly, especially in the beginning, and listen to your body. It knows what it can do. If it says "stop," stop. Don't push it." I like the stick figures a lot because it helps me to visualize the postures better. Twee! I just went to my first yoga lesson! I was surprised at how flexible I still was but I also know I need to work on it some more. I think I will practise using the descriptions and diagrams on this site before the next class. :) P.S. This is my favourite pose. :P

- nice site..goodnuf beginners info. stickman illustrations. downward dog positions for those amongst us who forget on the odd occasion that our poo indeed is a tad whiffy.
