A) other sites, B) your doctor's advice and C) the realistic expectation that these are AVERAGES, then these are extremely helpful resources.
 BrannaMuffin rated 31 months ago- While I'm all for fitness and overall good health, I just don't find these calculators useful. No website is going to be able to tell you what's healthy and what isn't - all this does is push "average" statistics. Bottom line: if you're wondering if you need to adopt a healthier lifestyle, see a health professional, not an online calculator.
