Nice site. I finally found the solution to the issue I have had for about a year now where a program that had already been uninstalled still showed up in the add/remove programs list.
"Most of us just click on "Don't Send"" .. Who are these "most of us"? I think I am supposed to be part of these "most of us" group and I do send those reports.
