An intriguing site...

It sure works. I dismissed it the first time I saw it and it was 2 years before I gave it a go. Here's my story............. http://www.emofree.com/Trauma/ptsd-self-help.htm It is very difficult to work on yourself. Find an experienced practitioner first who will teach you what to do. Then you can use it for the rest of your life. I am now an advanced practitioner and love being able to help someone change their life for the best. I have done more positive things with EFT for people than I ever did during the 14 years I worked as a Paramedic. www.eftme.com Happy tapping. Bob

I've been an EFT therapist for a little over three years and have had countless success client after client using this technique. Gary Craig the engineer who adapted this technique from Thought Field Technology was already a very rich man and makes very little money from his technique. The videos you can buy on this site are sold at cost. There are currently studies underway on the effectiveness of this technique. You can test it yourself on yourself. If it works for you, great if it doesn't, that's too bad. It won't cost you a cent. If you find that you need help doing the technique there are thousands of trained therapists all over the world, myself included who will work with you to achieve your goals. Gary Craig has done a great service making this technique available and affordable to anyone who wants to learn it. I'm a Hypnotherapist and I know of the placebo effect and the power of suggestion that this technique does tap into. I also know the effectiveness of acupuncture and energy related healing. Therapists are trained to present this technique as alternative and encourage clients to use it as an adjunct to traditional care. If you read this site carefully you will discover that no one suggests doing only EFT for serious illness and that it is clearly not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I do EFT three to four times a day, five days a week with clients. The most profound effect it has is on fear. Without fear, pain and illness can change dramatically. It's so quick and easy I usually give it a try before doing hypnotherapy or anything else. Nine out of ten of my clients respond positively to the technique. I have cancer clients who use this to shift through fear and some of the unpleasant side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. I have people who shift out of fear and regain a sense of control over their lives. The great part about this technique is that the client gets empowered to use the technique on their own so once it is learned I'm not really a necessary part of the process. I know there are people even on stumble who will slam anything that is not traditional western medicine. I encourage you to visit this site and try it before you judge it. You too may find it to be an amazing tool for taking control of your life.

Someone told me about this technique.. I then checked if it had a stumble reviews and...it did.. but they are mixed reviews.. some people claim its bogus while others claim it works.. Only way to check it out is: To Test it out and see if it works (+ the manual is free). Edit: This was a post from April 6th that is being reposted Because..this here technique... It works..ok? Don't believe me! Paper doesnt reject ink, right? This is not a guerilla marketing campaign, i repeat, this is not some way to swindle you out of your money. either way.. I see the results from my experiments.. Oh yea..and James Rhandi - Keep your Million $s!

It saved me, with cognitive behaviour therapy added, it changed me. After years of meds being shoved down my throat, 2 years of this and that, med free, and some blood sweat and tears, gave me a new lease on life. Like all therapies, it's not for everyone, but it's always worth a shot, when your life is suspended by any emotional issue, pain issue, or addiction. If you don't try everything, you're not trying to save yourself.

A little while ago I reviewed a site about Seven Warning Signs of Bogus Science. This theory has almost all of them in abundance. It's being advertised as a miracle cure for everything from allergies to depression to cancer, based on ancient Chinese medicine and Albert Einstein, and sometimes curing people in less than a minute. Dubious yet? From the description of the technique, it's essentially a carefully crafted placebo effect. If it does work, it's not because of some "subtle energy fields", but rather because it's a form of guided meditation (which have been shown to be effective by a lot of research), combined with strong suggestions, and enough pseudoscience mumbo-jumbo to cause a strong placebo effect when administered by a confident practitioner. I don't mean to disparage placebo effects or the anecdotal results people have had with it. Placebos can have very powerful effects on medical and psychological problems, and do not neccessarily involve 'tricking' a patient. A person's state of mind can strongly influence the course of many disorders, and many health psychology interventions are designed to aid that process. If practitioners of this have gotten results with almost everything, it's because placebos affect almost anything, not because of some magical cure with mysterious energy fields. But placebos and psychological effects only go so far. My big concern with this is that people will use it with serious illnesses instead of actual medical treatment, and cause serious harm.

I'm a clinical psychologist, traditionally trained and practicing a long time. An RN taught me this 18 months ago when I was having some anxiety. This is hands down the single most effective method I've found. I've used it with clients with a broad range of problems ...I'm continuously amazed. Gary Craig has given the world such a gift. Nothing whatsoever to buy. Gary's manual provides excellent information to get started. Dr. Joseph Mercola's site also has very clear how-to EFT instructions.
