I saw sometime earlier that the city of Vancouver had launched a manhole cover art competition in order to collect some good designs to use on the city's manhole covers. Certainly more pleasing than the dirty rusting covers that can be seen everywhere in the world.

- Lovely. It is really amazing what you can do with Manholes. But making art out of them is a very special idea.
