    yeah...some good advice is contained, but any relatively smart person should already know the benefits and dangers of not adhering to the cleanliness prescribed by the author. I do also think NOT being a neat freak about EVERYTHING - our bodies can build antibodies and our mental sanity can stay in tact.

    From the page: "leaving dirty clothes out for days on end contributes to the overall bacteria in the air. This can lead to the common cold..." I stopped reading there. The common cold is caused by a virus, not bacteria. People need to get their facts straight.

    Not sure what the author's qualifications are, but some of this is just goofy. "Food poisoning is a common outcome of eating certain kinds of expired foods. Other illnesses include nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting" - Those "other illnesses" are the symptoms of food poisoning. Another one - "allergy-related colds".
