Dilbert reminds those of us who were ever in the technology game about the kinds of managers we had to tolerate. For a less tongue-in-cheek story, try  "The Soul of a New Machine" by Tracy Kidder. Scrambling and in-house competition were the name of the game.

I love Dilbert, but I hate the new site design. I think these must be the modifications the pointy-haired boss demanded.

This is a great website for Dilbert fans. The corporate jokes are pretty thought provoking. The same site offers daily cartoons via RSS.

I can't believe anyone can hate Dilbert. It's been one of the few consistently funny comic strips. If you don't get it... then your concept of humor probably revolves around at least one aspect of defecation.
