God this stinks.... useless shiny advice, the first port of call is the doctor for chrissakes, unless you enjoy going through the "hold your head high" and "pull yourself together" crap. Apart from anything else, a healthy diet?!!! Most depressives like myself have little if no appetite whatsoever and so much for "keep busy".... they obviously don't "get" the fact that part of the problem with depression is that it is extremely exhausting!! Still, I know that if I walk around with a happy shiny face, munching on carrot sticks or running a marathon, I'll be back to bloody normal. Oh and thanks for the "useful" tips....
