In regards to everyone else: The website is completely free to use. So what in cheap fuck are you talking about? There's a writer's workshop there for which you need to pay to take part in, but that's not the website, is it? The site centers around Palahniuk, but in no way is filled with a load of kids saying "The first rule of fight club..." over and over. It's a Writer's Cult. It's not a breeding ground for Nihilists and Nine Inch Nails fans, and if the former actually read Fight Club, might realise the book's against Nihilism. Chuck's a damn good writer, better than most of you would know. And if half of you decided to get off of myspace, you might find out about it, and ignore every retarded comment reviewing this site. A Writer's Cult, well administrated, with some great information regarding Chuck Palahniuk, and other Trangressive Authors from about the globe. Membership is free, though an optional payment to join the Writer's Workshop is available in which you can read many essays by Chuck himself, and other respected authors. As well as workshopping your own stories, of course, for reviewing and improving. Also regularly hosts Writing Intensives, the most recent one being led by Will Christopher Baer.

Fight Club, the movie was my intro to Palahnuik. I later read the book. I've recently read Survivor. Check out the petition to save the Survivor movie project.

I must admit that "Fight Club" is the only Chuck Palahniuk work I know. But I thought "Fight Club" was amazing.

It's a site dedicated to Chuck Palahniuk, the grand-daddy of disfunction, the wizard of weirdness, the sultan of subversion. . . .killer books!

As much as I like some of his writing, I cannot give this site a thumbs up. Chuck has the worste kind of fanboys. He's also got a huge ego. None the less, he is a pretty good writer, so no thumbs down either.

"Fight Club" came into my life at exactly the right time, and changed it completely.
