"why are you fighting the media? Just don't listen to it, problem solved." ..was one review of this short documentary piece, yep. This shows some of the techniques they use to demonise protesters.

A little repetitive, but their footage juxtaposed with the corporate footage is essential.

An amazing documentary on how the media reports from demonstrations. It is documented that the american corporate media focus on the protesters and tell lies about their intentions. They have no focus on the police with the guns and tanks. Also it shows how the media distorted an "incident" at the demonstration against Bush and tells the real story! I think this is a great short documentary and everyone should see it because it isn't that often that people protesting get their voice in the media. The media always focuses on conflict and never on the message that these people are trying to send.

The media really blow these protests into some kind of riot. They focus on the protestors and ignore the "robocops" who have real guns and drive tanks.

A short documentary (20 min.) about how the corporate controlled media distorts reality. Perhaps not the best way to get your message out, but nonetheless interesting to see.

the message is "Corporate Media Lies". That's the message. Report the entire story, not one side of it. Show the whole picture, not just a section of it. If you keep repeating a lie it eventually will sound like the truth...we've seen this happen. If you keep repeating the truth, however simple your words, eventually the lies will be shattered. Phuch the corporate media means a no confidence vote in the integrity of the stories told. Telling a story is not necessarily the same as objectively reporting an event. More and more it's just a story, not the truth, no background, no research no digging for the truth and no pretend that there ever will be. What's the message the corporate media is passing on to the public? Is it a message of unbiased truth? This video has some age on it, but the message is clear, corporate media lies.

These people piss me off, why are you fighting the media? Just don't listen to it, problem solved. If you crave un-biased, correct news look online. The corporate media are just what their name states, a corporate business. The news is their business, just like a pizza shop might sell you different tasting pizza, you don't go outside with a sign saying "this pizza sucks don't eat here", you just go to another shop. I completely agree with geezeus, they don't have a message fox is rifht in that, "Fuck the corporate media, "Corporate Media lies" , well the first isn't even anything and the second is a well known fact, you don't need a protest for that. If you want to point the problem...you a bit late on the train, if you want to fix, you have to have an organized initiative not some rally that will turn into a riot.
