poonariffic rated 14 months ago- This blog proves you can have variety and flavor in vegan food. I'm not vegan, but was vegetarian for year and am always looking ways to include veggie foods in my daily life.

Scrappindipity rated 14 months ago- I'm not vegan, and I'm definitely not fat free! But I do love to look through this blog and it inspires me to make healthier, tastier food.

testproduct rated 16 months ago- Good recipes, but the whole "fat free vegan" title is a misnomer. Not that I am a big fan of fat free cooking, but I find this false advertising. Unfortunately, most recipes here are not fat free; albeit having really healthy fats. Come on, peanut butter? Tahini? They are not bad; so don't be afraid of them. And puhleez don't call your food fat free!

nugat rated 16 months ago- SusanV's website offers the best vegan recipes.

Heggs rated 17 months ago- There are some of the best recipes I've seen on this blog. They're often not too difficult and this is one of those rare sites that has vegan recipes that are actually healthy. Yesterday I made Mexican Lasagna and I have Pineapple Coffee Cake baking as we speak. Who knows what tomorrow will bring?

kayell rated 27 months ago- OMG, the food here is SO GOOD. You could feed a whole table full of dedicated meat eaters from Susans recipes, and they would never notice (well, maybe later, kind of as a delayed double take) that they hadn't been fed any meat, because they would be so busy slurping up this great food. From the page: "Almond Jelly with Grilled Pineapple and Mango Puree This light, elegant-looking dessert is much easier to make than you would think. The heart of the dessert, an Asian jelly, is basically almond milk boiled with agar-agar, a type of seaweed that acts as a vegetarian gelatin. If you can boil water, you can make this dish!"
