I like it, a very in depth tutorial on getting more speed and functionality out of Firefox. Maybe he could get a better screen capture program sometime though.
Eeeeeeeeeeverybody must know this by now. It's on every second stumble, and here you have to hang around for a seveal minute video to get the same pointless advice as everywhere else.
