Perhaps not presenile dementia, it seems more like he had a handle on Texas scale problems (whether or not he was right), but I think he's uncertain because he knows he's in over his head.
The big joke, though, is MrsA who thinks that "the left" cobbled together fake videos to make Bush look bad. Sorry, those are actual clips of speeches Bush made. He DOES want to put foods on you families, he DOES think that humans and fish can coexist peacefully, and he DOES want to let OBGYNs practice their "love" for women.
Wow that was eye opening. I do not necessarily think that he suffers from a mental illness so much as he suffers from the stress and guilt of being the worst U.S. president of modern times.
Wow, I still don't agree with him on a thing but at least he could argue his point! Another theory I've read is that it is due to the extreme amounts of drug abuse. I wish I could remember what the disease was called but it was something specific... Anyhow, ya, he was so much better 10 years ago.
