Keith Jarrett, the most expressive, fragile voicings on the planet, period. Pure music, never vanity, cleverness or sheer virtuosity.

Takes my breath away EVERY time I listen to this - and I own the DVD. Yes, the technical harmonic decisions, phrasing, voice leading is amazing. But beyond all that is the nuance of the beautiful, haunting melody. The piano can, indeed, sing. And here it sings of longing, uncertainty, regret and love slipping away. Simply breathtaking
