- This is fucking silly. If you have that much time to sit and dick around to plan what amounts to a chest thumping ceremony, while meanwhile in the rest of the city people are getting raped, murdered, mugged and ripped off because you're too busy standing around playing with each other's balls instead of being on your beat, then I'd argue that the time and money is better spent getting your goddamn organization's priorities straight. If I want a light and sound show on my dime (read: tax money), I'll go to some fucked up, washed up Pink Floyd lazer light show at the local science center and trip out on all the hillbillies and transient stoners milling about. What utter nonsense.
