To all those tards who believe that scripting languages != programming languages: a programming language is definitely a programming language if it is Turing complete. It's all about solving computational problems and not about the ability to interface with your most favorite GUI API or operating system. Running natively on a processor isn't a requirement for a programming language either. Even TeX - a friggin typesetting language for making books and stuff - is Turing complete and therefore a programming language. Programming languages don't care about the way of code execution - whether it is scripted, ran on a virtual machine, or natively on a CPU. You could also create compilers for languages like JavaScript, Perl, Python and so on, in order to have natively running executables for these.

Although the list may not be comprehensive but it contains almost all the popular programming language used in modern times. So here we go.
