- Excellent Source for housing and real estate listings. You're able to quickly compare many different qualities simultaneously while having the flash map update without reloading the page.

- A great resource, but not sure how credible the information is. May be used more as a way to gauge communities' values rather than individual houses.

- I don't like Zillow because they published inaccurate information about my house for over a year and dragged their feet in correcting the problem. This inaccurate information negatively impacted, in my opinion, the perceived value of my house in the marketplace. Moreover, it took them over nine months to correct the inaccuracy after I alerted them to it, and they corrected the problem only after I got the Better Business Bureau involved. The Zillow people I encountered in this process were rude, and acted indignant that I was complaining about this, as if they had the right to publish whatever real estate information they wanted without any obligation to verify accuracy. As a result of all this, I cannot trust the accuracy of the real estate information posted on Zillow, and this obviously diminishes its value as a resource.
