I contacted the flash author and turns out he agreed to let revver.com distribute his flash...
Since Zefrank got it from revver.com it's all according to plan.
Looks like I overreacted without enough information... (Sigh)
However, I still think it's stupid to turn an 1.3 meg flash into a quicktime file that's 7.43 megs (I just found the quicktime file) - Updated information:
