I think I will take these nuggets of wisdom, turn them into affirmations (by making them "I can" or "I will" statements") and place a different few on my bathroom mirror each day. They can be used by anyone because they are universal truths and have nothing to do with one religion or another. We can all use these.... and remember to love one another and ourselves.....
