As far as the Stumble and the application itself, it looks like it cuts out all wording "fluff" that some resume builders try and do to make washing the dishes read like an epic feat. I'd like to see it implemented in a real work place. To not only see how well it assesses individual strengths and weaknesses, but (since it also looks like it focuses on a digital HR manager program after hiring phase) I'd like to see if it's ultimately user friendly. As far as the naysayers... I find it funny how non-business owners and those who don't make hiring decisions for small to large corporations find no value in this, but those of us in those areas do. I also love how the people thumbing this down can't seem to understand that if a business knows your strengths and weaknesses, that they would start playing on your strengths instead of your weaknesses. Which would mean that you would more than likely hate your job even less. Barring outside influence of your job (home life, friends, etc.), this is what you get: Being placed in a field that you're ok in or one of your weakness = mediocre to low job performance = little (minimal) to no raises or even being let go. Oh and lets not forget the amount of stress you'll get from hating your job. Being placed in a field of your strength = high job performance = better than average raises = good chance for promotion., And don't you think people in those positions would love to STUMBLE across something like this instead of dropping a few thousand dollars to have someone tell them where it is? Isn't Stumbling across new and innovative ways to do business part of what makes SU worth using? I'm interested in finding out the "life charts" of those Stumblers who are screaming against this. And if you don't think these types of programs are being used by your employer then think again. Big businesses are already using these programs and small businesses that are growing are looking for something like this to cut down on all the paperwork. If you think this is spam, then your wrong and you need to manage your SU interests under Preferences better.

For some reason, I couldn't help but laugh. That POWERTHRIST guy's voice saying, "YOU'LL BE GOOD AT EVERYTHING FOREVER" suddenly came to mind...
