- Awesome, although as far as gaging a safe legal limit, that would be hard because weed comes in various potencies and bigger and smaller amounts will have more effect than others. I'd still advocate that for most smokers they drive safer high than sober or drunk.

- Weed barely affects motor skills. It would be more dangerous to be slightly dehydrated.
