Voting the way it should be. No wasted taxpayer money in runoffs and no two party, single candidate, lesser of two evils kind of things.

Instant Runoff Voting? Catch a quick explanation here! *No spoilers *3rd parties have a real chance I'll never waste my vote on a 3rd party unless we enact IRV--cuz then it's not wasted!

A good idea, though probably a more clear way would be to avoid the ranking and instead allow each voter to give a vote to all candidates that s/he would be satisfied with.
