If this is true, the wall between science and religion will finally start to give way. My probably false prediction is that in a few years science and religion will become so alike that there will be no difference between the proclamations of a scientist and the proclamations of a priest. We are not alone? Our universe may not be the only game in town, as there is a distinct possibility that new "baby" universes are being created. The rate of expansion of our universe is not slowing as originally predicted but is instead increasing so bring on the Multiverse Theory.

Its still just theory until they prove it. But then again gravity is also a theory. This is pretty wild ideas though.

If this is true, the wall between science and religion will finally start to give way. My probably false prediction is that in a few years science and religion will become so alike that there will be no difference between the proclamations of a scientist and the proclamations of a priest. They will all say the same things, except that religion will only talk about a few specific things and not give all that super-long proof while science will give boatloads of proof for all sort of things that aren't always talked about in religion, like planes, air conditioning, etc. But all the stuff religion talks about can be proved and backed up by science since it has a lot of proofs and valid experiments that you could do yourself if you knew what the physicists were doing. So now my question is what will the study be called when religion and science coincide? Shall it be called religion, science, or something else?

My thanks to http://markjennings1.stumbleupon.com/ for this absorbing video. This is an absolutely mind-blowing theory which, on the surface, seems too fantastic for an ordinary guy like me to consider seriously: parallel universes, indeed. But then he raises a question I never considered before. Matter flowing into a "black hole" in our universe, never to be seen again in our universe....WHERE DOES IT GO?
